This was honestly just a place to crash for us, but it definitely served its purpose! We had some issues, but nothing that would stop me from staying again. Service was wonderful!
Its not as bad as the other reviews say. No roaches or bedbugs as others stated. The room is as clean as can be. A stain on the blanket but the sheets are clean. This place is pretty cheap but truth be told its not as bad as I expected it to be. I might just stay another night here. The location is not the best but there is a pizza and chicken place i want to check out close by. If you want to save money this place aint too bad. The other reviews I read made it seem way worse.
The employees were very helpful and nice. The room was clean nice area haves a McDonald’s right across the street, which was very convenient. Definitely will come again.

The rooms are very clean. The maids are outstanding in their work and making sure the rooms are spotless.The desk clerk is very friendly and makes sure that nobody comes on the property that shouldn't be here, so it is very safe. The location is perfect, next to many restaurants and places to visit. The rooms smell clean and the price is very good for the night and weekly rates. Overall, I highly suggest this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay.

I have traveled inside the country and outside the country. And this is by far the best hotel I've stayed at. The staff there is outstanding. The front desk went above and beyond to move me downstairs when my reservation was for upstairs. The maids will come in and clean your room, give you fresh linen, with a smile everytime. I feel safe walking outside because the staff makes sure There's nobody coming in and out that shouldn't off the streets. So if you want to know a good place in phoenix to stay, go to City Center Downtown Hotel.
The customer service was awesome and friendly, room was great view and clean, walking distance to downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The price was perfect. And of course, the location is perfect to commute, close to city bus service, light rail and MCDONALD'S right across from it. Thank you City Center Downtown Hotel staff members, great job.
